Our extremely popular unaju is made using our proud 100-year-old sauce, which has been around since the Taisho era! Unakita's unaju is made by coating plump grilled eel kabayaki with plenty of our matured secret sauce! Please come and try our traditional unaju, which has a great mix of sauce and rice!
